Please be on time. There is a 15-minute grace period, and there is no extra charge for being late.

After 15 minutes, whether the appointment goes ahead is my decision, and it comes down to one thing: whether there is still time to finish your brows to a standard you would be happy with. If there is not, it may have to be cancelled.

Please message as soon as you know you are running behind. The more notice, the more likely the day can be moved around you.

Browbestiie is a private studio: one room, one chair, one client at a time. There is no waiting area, so please come on your own. No friends, partners, children or pets.

It is not about being strict. A quiet room is how the work stays precise, and how your appointment stays yours.

Payment is due on the day, in cash or by PromptPay QR code.

Please avoid strong topical ingredients, including retinoids/retinol (Retinol/Retin-A) and chemical exfoliants (AHAs/BHAs), for at least 72 hours before your appointment, and at least 1 week if you are choosing wax.

Feel free to bring a reference photo if you have one. It helps us agree on the shape before we start.

Tell me about any recent skin treatments, medication, or a reaction you have had before, so I can choose the right method for you.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your doctor before booking. Pregnancy hormones can leave skin more sensitive, and any service can behave differently because of it.

Brow results depend on the hair’s growth cycle, skin, and even the heat and humidity. What is realistic is always talked through and discussed before anything starts. Completed services cannot be refunded. If the result is not sitting right, get in touch soon and it will be looked at together.
